Absolutely! Our team takes care of ALL setup and breakdown so your event runs seamlessly. We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your start time and handle everything after the event concludes.

All of our props, equipment, and touchpoint are carefully sanitized after every event to ensure a safe, hygienic experience for all guests. Our team also wipes down high-touch surfaces during the event as needed, so you and your guests can focus on having fun without worry.

Q: Can I customize my package?
Absolutely! We work closely with you to design templates, Overlays for branding and/or marketing, props, and setups that perfectly match your event’s vibe and theme.

Q: What is the Video Confessional Feature?
Guests can step up and record a 20–30 second video message instead of (or in addition to) taking a photo. It’s perfect for weddings, birthdays, and milestone events — giving you a collection of fun, candid, and emotional video memories.

Q: Do you provide an attendant at the event?
Yes! Every package includes a professional, friendly attendant who ensures everything runs smoothly and your guests have the best experience.
